Are you an avid Zed user with a knack for engaging with users? With our venture into open source, we've experienced a surge in feedback and user interaction. To help us stay connected and responsive, we need to grow our community team. If you have had a hand in managing feedback and shaping product strategy, we’re eager to have you join us. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with running a lively open-source community
• Enjoyment in user interaction and feedback collection
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset
• Ability to inform product direction using both intuition and data
• Programming skill in Rust
• Knowledge of SQL and Python - data science background is a plus!
