Built for how students work
Most student coding happens with other people. Group projects, study sessions, pair programming practice, hackathon sprints. But the tools you end up using (screen sharing, sending files back and forth, pasting code into chats) weren't built for writing code together.
Zed is a code editor built from scratch for real-time collaboration. Multiple cursors in the same file, shared terminals, voice chat without leaving your editor. Your teammates see what you see, instantly.
Our Zed Student plan gives you access to Zed Pro for free, for one year. It's the code editor your study group deserves.
