Creates Python virtual environments on the interpreter version your dependencies actually support, and names the package that set the limit. It reads wheel tags and requires_python from PyPI, so a library with no wheel for your Python is caught before the install fails. Runs on uv by default, with a pip mode, and answers from package metadata rather than a language model.
